I had to check this out myself and sure enough, there isn't any music and there are instead people talking. It's definitely a director's commentary track playing rather than the music. I got a direct capture of it and I turned it up so people could make out what was being said.

I notice two things.
1. It plays the wrong track.
2. Loading time is 40 seconds,, I guess it's like 3x-4x longer than the CD.

Yeah, the loading time was pretty excessive and I was earmarking it to check out later to see if that was also an issue. But if you've already verified it, then I'll skip it.

The loading of Level 1 in this game takes 5-7 seconds from a retail disc, so it's obviously an issue with the current firmware. Some other games have similar issues, like Harmful Park. It's best to wait for now since these issues are general, not game-specific. I've found quite a few games with problems on V2.6.9, but I don't see a point in reporting them all as they should be taken care of collectively in the next firmware.
Because we don't know when we will die, we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well. Yet everything happens only a certain number of times, and a very small number really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, an afternoon that is so deeply a part of your being that you can't even conceive of your life without it? Perhaps four, five times more, perhaps not even that.

Does 2.6.8 have fewer problems or is it the same as 2.6.9? I am currently on 2.6.8.

Unless you want to play Blazing Dragons, just stay on V2.6.8 until the CD-ROM logic is fixed in the update which is being worked on right now.

I have no interest in Blazing Dragon so I will continue to 2.6.8. Thanks. :D
