This is because the new timings are still off. RE3 NTSC-US doesn't have audio at all in certain videos.
"Because we don't know when we will die, we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well. Yet everything happens only a certain number of times, and a very small number really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, an afternoon that is so deeply a part of your being that you can't even conceive of your life without it? Perhaps four, five times more, perhaps not even that."

Judging by the fact that now Final Fantasy VII does not break, and that something does not work correctly (Jersey Devil at all became not playable), long loads, all this resembles the process of fine calibration. I really want to believe that in the next firmware Matt will do everything as it is necessary as the circle narrows. And who knows, maybe Jackie Chan will work?

K1V1, KiV2 - During the game, the speech of the characters is interrupted.
Interrupted how? Please explain. Can someone else also test and confirm.
In the game options, turn on the text (subtitles).
Start the game and you will see how the character dialogs are interrupted.

Ah, okay. I've fixed it in the upcoming update (Menu System V2.6.9 which includes ARM V2.6.5) :)

New firmware:
Works fine only on K1V1 and K1V2.
Midboot and K1V3 - freeze after loading screen.

Looking into sector buffering and XA ADPCM playback might fix Blazing Dragons without having to mess with the Interrupt timing.

I think the timing for Interrupt taken from a test with a retail RE2 disc was OK and the current fix for Blazing Dragons extends it for far too long. Blazing Dragons has all of the speech in a single weighty file called dtspeech.xa (158,6 MB). This game might have an abrupt cutoff if the sector buffering and/or XA ADPCM playback aren't precisely emulated.
