Having trouble with PSIO in PU18 motherboard

My PSIO used to work, but now it's not working at all. No Green LED flashing on the side of the cartridge.

Usually it's due to the Switch Board failing from a poor solder joint. If you want, you can send the cartridge back to us and I'll take a look at it for you to ensure it's working. Just create a ticket in the Service Desk for a 'Faulty Cartridge' and include this form URL in the description so I know.

Sounds like only half the story.
You say it worked fine then just stopped, but you dont show any of the modwork done for the DFO.

Maybe try explain how the system used to work then stopped in full detail and chronological order before bothering the team with what will probably be a user error.
