Re: Street Fighter Collection US Disc 1 no sound

Either a fake card or it's partition is corrupted. Nothing wrong with the game here on my Sandisk card.

Re: [Menu System V2.6.12] Bug Reports

2 secs extra boot time is not important for me, since I have over 430 folders and never use "Fastboot", so not gaining anything to have the boot sequence cut short.

Re: [Menu System V2.6.12] Bug Reports

I'm a PVM user like yourself. The 240p NTSC scanlines in the menu on my 14M4E is must have for me. At least have an option to switch back and forth if users want 480i. Maybe it's your particular PVM model, but on PVMs I've seen and the BVM I use 480i looks fantastic. Those monitors were made for vi...

Re: [Menu System V2.6.12] Bug Reports

Or we could just enable interlaced mode. That should fix it :) If it doesn't, then it's a resolution change issue which I'll fix after this update. I'm a PVM user like yourself. K1V1 mode.
K1V1? Have you tried Midboot and/or K1V4?
Typo error. Was meant to be K1V4 (edited posted)

Not tried midboot, since I tend to use K1V4 were possible.

Re: [Menu System V2.6.12] Bug Reports

Like I posted in the other thread. RE2 dual shock edition has not crashed with ANALOG mode "ON' for me either. Played up to the sewers section with just random ANALOG disconnects. Didn't occur on menu 2.6.10, since that was the version I last tested it on before updating to 2.6.12. SanDisk Ultra 256...

Re: Shipping problem. Service Desk never answers

I bet it worthy thing. It's just that the first time I've faced such a long shot order. Sad situation indeed. I waited 14 months for mine to arrive from pre-order to ship. Plus, the whole world is fkd atm, due to Covid-19 and I can't even get local mail properly on time, never mind international.

Re: Issues with the DualShock release of Resident Evil 2

The number of items on the SD card was fixed. Prior to V2.6.12, not all folders would show up and a quick workaround was to add a blank text file to even out the numbers of files on the SD card, so that all folders would show again. Also, it was drastically reducing PSIO's boot time too when this i...

Re: Issues with the DualShock release of Resident Evil 2

I use a SanDisk Ultra 256 GB microSDXC Memory Card with A1 App Performance up to 100 MB/s, Class 10 for my main card. For testing and firmware updates, I use a Kingston SDS/128GB Canvas Select Class10 UHS-I and a 64gb version of it too. All cards are legit and formatted to exFAT (1024) allocation si...

Re: [Menu System V2.6.12] Bug Reports

@Matt Bug report Resident Evil 2 Dualshock will boot only with Quick Start (start button) when K1V4 is selected, but not with double X. Midboot with quick start or double X loads fine. Tested on a SCPH-7501 and SCPH-7000 consoles. Both Quick (start) and double X on K1V1 is fine on my setup.

Re: [Menu System V2.6.12] Bug Reports

I just checked out RE2 Dual Shock (NTSC/U) redump Disk 1 (Leon) on V2.6.12 using an official PS1 SCHP-1200 ANALOG controller and experienced no freezes with the ANALOG mode ON during 25 mins of play from the very beginning to the police control room, while picking up the "Police Memorandum" early o...

Re: Issues with the DualShock release of Resident Evil 2

You don't need a "multidisc.lst" file for RE2 either because it's not a title that uses a disc swap mid-game.

Single playthrough (Leon or Claire) disc and the 2nd scenario using a completed save from either of the two discs.

i think its fine enough how psio is and i belive its good to know matt is working on it i dont think writing to sd is needed and forcing ntsc is not needed just run a ntsc game it runs imports PS1 NTSC games do not support all languages other than English US, possibly French (Canadian) or Spanish (...

Re: Policenauts translation

hmmmmm no. exfat is more prone to corruption than any other file system. even the switch homebrew scene recommends using fat32 over exfat, thus my switch has an fat32 256GB sandisk on it. ExFAT works perfectly fine on other platforms. It's Nintendo's own implementation fault of the file system that...

Re: Tomb Raider not working

Hm, sounds interesting. My PS2 was like the last model they ever did, very slim, very tiny, and no FMB so I can't give that a try. I'm trying to get one of those official Memory Card adapters that Sony made for the PS3, but they are either rare or very expensive nowadays. Thanks for explaining! You...
