Best to send them directly to us: http://ps-io.com/problem/.
Otherwise we do overlook them and they don't get processed into JIRA.
Of course, i need to double check a game but i may have a nasty bug, will upload a video if it occur's again and file a report tonight.

I'll add to the website soon an option to "Become a Professional Installer" where technicians can order Switch Boards in a bulk lot and become official/approved installers for us after passing a verification stage which we approve.

Strange, "Jackie Chan Stuntmaster" seemed stable for us. I couldn't get it to freeze at all! Maybe wait until ARM 2.4.2 since this update is big and has changed a lot of stuff.
Hi Matt,

I didn't get a chance to try Jackie Chan Stuntmaster on ARM 2.4.2, but I've updated to 2.4.5 (and the latest FPGA and Menu firmware as well) and I'm still experiencing freezing with the NTSC-U version of the game. It happens very quickly at the beginning on the overworld map before even entering the first level.

The PAL version appears to be more stable, but even it freezes eventually (in the PAL version's case it seems to happen after finishing level 3).

We started from the oldest in the list, so it means you're further ahead in the list and you may or may not receive one. It's only the pre-ordering phase. Please wait until we actually have stock on hand and are ready to sell.

Apart from the software side the hardware is moving forward. By that, the injection moulding stage is ready to go and we'll be running a test batch soon to only, and I repeat, ONLY the people who are first in the waiting list in the websites database. It's a first time production run, so we want to get the new assembly process right before opening fully to the public, so please don't email me asking to pre-order yet. When we've officially launched, it'll be on the website and if you've registered your email address on the website (so you're in the database) you'll be notified when we're ready.
I got my order completed yesterday, that should tell you how long I've been waiting for the PSIO, hehehe cheers! :D :D :D

The pre-orders sent were from 17 May 2016 to 6th June 2016 . Your email isn't in that timeframe.
I then searched the whole database, but I didn't see your email in the list at all.

If you joined the forums on the 27th of June 2015, it's just the forums.
You had to place your email to lock your position on the actual website.

Don't worry. It's just the pre-order phase. Please wait until September/October when we have stock on hand.

Sorry, I'm doing it fair and going through the subscription list so those who have been waiting the longest have their chance first.

Because the waiting list is a separate request form from forum registry. I just registered for the forums today, and yet I was in the waiting line long enough that I already got my pre-order done. That's because I put myself in the waiting list a long time ago (so long ago that I forgot I was even on it until the email was sent to my address earlier today).

Haven't done much work on it because we've been focusing on the other minor issues with the firmwares. I'll continue with it afterwards.

I'll be updating the JIRA shortly with some issues. I may go in and edit a couple others I posted trying to clean up the language and problems listed, like on Jersey Devil, after re-reading it it kind of seems confusing. I will NOT edit stuff that I myself did not post.

I agree- as soon as the XA is done, PSIO is the ultimate must-buy device on all levels- which it is now by far, don't get me wrong. But having the original audio quality is something a perfectionist like me notices immediately. I shudder right now when I hear Final Fantasy Tactics intro song
